Why is it that everyone knows how something should have been handled AFTER it happens??!! Hurricane Irene comes up the east coast and all the major areas along the coast prepare for the worst. Well, shouldn't they?? Does the name "Katrina" not mean anything to people??!! Oh, maybe it would have been better if HUNDREDS of people were killed, then those same complainers would be talking about how local governments did not heed the warnings and prepare better! How about we count our blessings that it was not as powerful as the weather people thought it was going to be! And by the way, it still remains to be seen what kind of lingering damage (both physical & monetary) there will be, as a result of flooding and trees falling & lost revenue in businesses, which places like NJ, NY, CT & Vermont are experiencing!
