# 1 - People in Parking Lots

Why is it, that a person pulls into a parking lot with many empty spaces and for some unknown reason needs to pull into the spot right next to your car,  as you are starting to get out of your car? And to add insult to injury, they are driving a tank of a car and can't seem to park between the lines??
